Damascus was my service rep and was outstanding. He had to deal with a nonJeep warranty purchased from my credit union and negotiated the required “check-boxes” quickly and thoroughly. Also service personnel were quick reasonable time. Everything in order and out the door on 3rd day which could have been longer given the 3rd party warranty.
