The issue was identified quickly, and repaired quickly ahead of the estimated time. The car runs great and is much quieter now.
Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. I trusted this dealership when purchasing my truck, but it was sold to me with significant issues that appeared to have been present at the time of sale. When I brought my concerns to management, I felt dismissed rather than supported. I was told that because the vehicle had already left the lot, the repairs would be my responsibility — with estimates exceeding $7,000 after I had already paid $17,000. I genuinely believed I was buying from a trusted dealership, which makes this even more frustrating. I hope they improve transparency and customer care moving forward.

Steve the man who got me signed in was absolutely great. The guy who gave the courtesy ride was also great. The work is good so far but I haven’t gotten to get it on the road to test yet. Not the guys fault but the cost is so high I wonder if there’s a way to get that down. I had a coupon but even with that it was over $750.00.

We brought our van to Rairdon’s Marysville after having been diagnosed with some issues at another local mechanic. We were told by the previous mechanic that there is coolant in one of our cylinders which is causing the engine to hydrolock which is also causing a battery relay and starter to fail. We realized this issue may be under our vehicles warranty and decided to take it to Rairdon’s.

Got me in and out same day. Had all parts in stock and solved all the issues I was there for.
I was surprised how filthy the 2022 Ram Rebel was during my test drive and had scratches on the exterior on both the left and right hand side. I decided to purchase anyways but the salesman told me that it would get DETAILED inside and out along with buffing to remove the scratches.
The truck was kept over the weekend and then delivered to my address the following Monday.

On November 4th, I visited Rairdon of Marysville after seeing a Dodge Ram online and scheduling a test drive. When I arrived, the truck was gone. (With both my dad and stepdad having been car salesmen, I recognized the bait-and-switch.) Instead, I was shown a lifted silver 2013 Dodge Ram 4WD. They offered my used truck at thousands above what they were offering it to the general public. It was not something they told me, but was something I found out.
This service center is by far the worst in the nation. Took my 22 ram 3500 in for a few recalls and told them the transmisdion was acting up so they drove it around the block a few times and said nothing is wrong with it and told me i needed to pay $259.00 for diagnostic fee which they did not diagnose anything. Total joke of a business. I will never step foot in smokey point rairdons again. Not to buy a vehicle or service any of my rigs.
Ridiculous service staff. Brought in for a A/C issue and they tried to rack up almost $10k in fixes. Not the first time they’ve done this. Stop trying to tack advantage of people.
If I could give the service department 0 stars I would. I took my 1 year old truck with 20k miles in because one of the struts was leaking and requested it to be covered under warranty. The service adviser was telling me that he didn't think it would be covered and that I needed to talk to the service manager.
