The Brand’s First-Ever Electrified Performance Vehicle

First and foremost, the biggest addition to the Hornet lineup in the new model year is the debut of the brand’s first-ever electrified performance vehicle: the 2024 Dodge Hornet R/T. Not only is the Hornet R/T making history for the Dodge brand, but it is already the most powerful car in its segment. With power ratings of up to 288 horsepower and 383 pound-feet of torque, this brand-new model is just as capable as one would expect from a Dodge product. As if that wasn’t enough, the class-exclusive, on-demand PowerShot feature provides a burst of 30 horsepower, which allows the Hornet R/T to go from 0 to 60 miles per hour in just 5.6 seconds.

New Features and Technology Systems

As exciting as the Hornet R/T may be, there are also several new features and technology systems available to other models of the Hornet in the latest production year. In addition to standard hands-free liftgate functionality on select models, the 2024 Hornet also offers an optional Tech Pack. In it, one will find the brand-new Parallel and Perpendicular Park Assist systems. With them, parking a performance car has never been easier. Of course, all of this is just the beginning.
