Jeep Wrangler Changes for 2023

The iconic Jeep Wrangler is entering another year of adventurous success as the 2023 model begins to make its way to dealerships across the country. If you’re like us, you’re probably thinking that the Wrangler was pretty darn great for the 2022 model year, so why change it?

Well, don’t worry. Jeep hasn’t made any drastic changes to the Wrangler for 2023. Everything you loved about the Wrangler from 2022 can still be found, but there are a few enhancements for this new model year that will deliver even more options to car shoppers who may have not pulled the trigger on a new Wrangler last year.

For starters, America’s most recognizable vehicle receives two new color options this year. The first is called Earl and gives the Wrangler a smoky gray/silver appearance. The other color is Reign, and it brings the option of purple back to the Wrangler lineup. Other design changes include new 17-inch wheel designs for Rubicon models, as well as an American flag Wrangler decal on the front fender. What Else Comes With the 2023 Wrangler?

So, like we said above, the Wrangler was pretty darn good for the 2022 model year. What amazing amenities and capabilities can you expect Jeep to carry over for 2023?

Let’s start with some of the standard equipment. Right off the bat the Wrangler puts you in command of a V6 engine delivering 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. And for those drivers who still love the engaging experience of a stick shift, the standard model comes with a 6-speed manual transmission. Other standard performance amenities include trailer-sway control, hill-start assist and a wide range of advanced safety tech. This all comes at a starting MSRP of $30,295.

If you’d like even more, you can move on up to higher trim levels to enjoy such equipment as a forward-facing TrailCam for an easy view of the road (or off-road) ahead, a touchscreen display that stretches up to 8.4 inches and gives you access to your favorite smartphone apps, and a full-time transfer case with a 4:1 gear ratio for steady crawling across challenging terrain.
